Does this work with Aspekt and Clarity Touch monitors?
Yes, the ALOGIC Active Stylus was designed from the ground up to work with our touchscreen monitors, regardless of whether you’re using a Mac or PC. With 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity on both devices and no pairing required for general use, this stylus and ALOGIC Touch Monitors go together like pen and paper.
Does this stylus support my Windows tablet/laptop?
This active stylus is compatible with any device that supports the MPP 2.0 Protocol, including the majority of Microsoft, HP, ASUS and Dell touchscreen tablets and laptops.
What extra controls does this stylus have?
In addition to the pen’s drawing tip, there are: 1. An “Eraser” button 2. A “Right Click/Context” Menu button 3. A Windows Ink Button Please note that some applications will require additional configuration to support the eraser function, and some may not support it at all. Windows Ink requires the stylus to be paired via Bluetooth before use. This button can have three shortcuts assigned to it (accessed via tapping the button, double tapping or holding it) from your Windows Pen settings menu. The Windows Ink button has no function on macOS.
How do I pair this stylus via Bluetooth?
For using the stylus and its eraser/right click buttons, you don’t need to pair it. Simply switch it on with the eraser button and start drawing. Bluetooth pairing is required to use the Windows Ink shortcut button on the tail, or easily check the stylus’ battery level. To do so, simply turn the stylus on. As long as the stylus is not in range of a paired Bluetooth device, it will go into pairing mode, and can be selected (ALOGIC ALASSWC) from your device’s Bluetooth menu. If you wish to pair your stylus with another computer, with recommend removing it from your previously paired computer to ensure it goes into pairing mode again.
