Shipping Policy

At ALOGIC we always aim to get orders shipped out within 48 hours of being placed, although this can be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog.

Estimated shipping times are between 2-5 business days, however during busy periods shipping can take up to 7 days. 

We ship via Auspost, Star Track , DHL, FedEx & TNT  for all domestic deliveries and we provide a tracking number via email once your order has been despatched.

 

Free Shipping 

All orders for Australia have free shipping over $50 Exc. Tax.  All transactions are processed in AUD at checkout.

  

Flat Rate Shipping

A flat rate of $10 Inc Tax is charged for all orders with total below $50 Exc. Tax.

 

International Shipping

Please be advised that currently we do not offer international shipping to countries outside of United States.

 

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or change your order, email us straight away so we can try to amend your order before it has shipped. If your order has already shipped, you can return the unopened product following the instructions as per our Warranty Policy.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage. You might receive multiple packages for some orders depending on item availability.
