Ingram Micro Roadshow Showcase New Zealand 2019 Recap:

The Ingram Micro Showcase recently concluded, spanning across New Zealand over three weeks, 2nd – 14th May, 2019, in Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland.

To honour the 50th anniversary since Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong set foot on the moon, this year's event was themed 'One Giant Leap' to commend and emphasise the recent advancements within the technology industry.

The Ingram Micro Showcase marks the debut of some of the latest technological developments from various vendors who use this event as the opportunity to showcase their newest products and to network and connect with thousands of IT professionals.

This year's event showcased over 45 vendors to a record and had a record of 2500 attendees across all three cities, making the roadshow one of the most comprehensive technology show in New Zealand.

ALOGIC was a proud participant of the roadshow, for the first time this year and the Ingram Micro Showcase did not disappoint. With the event spanning over three major cities in New Zealand it provided a great opportunity to connect with distributors and customers alike; moreover, it allows vendors such as ALOGIC to an opportunity to learn about product advancements and market trends within the industry. This shared knowledge and understanding provides vendors with valuable information for future strategies concerning retailers positioning and customer insight.

Roadshow attendees were able to preview some of the anticipated ALOGIC product releases, including the USB-C Triple Display Universal Hybrid Dock (Gen 2) and the USB-C Dock Nano Mini which is designed to expand the functionality of any iPad with USB-C compatibility. Both of these products will be released mid-year 2019.
