As most of the devices are USB-C enabled, ALOGIC has introduced its new series of USB-C Fusion Hubs, consisting of 4 different versions, Fusion Max, Fusion Swift, Fusion Alpha and Fusion Core.

Let us look at each of the Hubs individually and understand the differences and similarities:

ALOGIC stays true to its word of providing the most efficient and elegant designs for Hubs. The Fusion Series are impressively built to provide multiple functionalities yet being extremely compact and portable, they have a very small footprint making it easy to be carried along and used while working on the go, even when it comes to using the Hubs for shared workspaces, this compact design helps maintain a tidy desk within a limited working space.
The Fusion series are available in Space Grey colour which compliments easily with your Apple devices making it appear as an extended version of them. It also comes with a smart cable management system which allows the cable to be easily tucked in when not in use.
All the Hubs are provided with EMI Shielding, to eliminate any all the interferences coming from Wi-Fi or other wireless transmissions.

To accommodate connection of all the external devices, the Fusion series provides different connection ports as per the models available, one can choose from the following options:


1. Fusion Max 6-in-1 Hub

This 6-in-1 Hub expands the functionality of the USB-C enabled device further by providing connection for HDMI 4K output port, a VGA Port for legacy display devices, a USB-C(USB 3.1 Gen 1)data transfer and charging port with PD(100W), 2 x USB-A (USB 3.0) ports and a Gigabit Ethernet port.
The Hub supports Full HD display via its VGA port and 4K resolution over the HDMI port. Both USB-A and USB-C ports can provide a transfer speed of up to 5Gbps and allows fast-charging of your mobile phones.

 

2. Fusion Swift 4-in-1 Hub

The Fusion Swift 4-in-1 provides up to four USB-A ports which allows connection of devices such as hard drives, flash storage drive, printers, scanners, mice, keyboard, etc. It supports a data transfer rate of up to 5Gbps.

 

3. Fusion Alpha 5-in-1 Hub

The Fusion Alpha 5-in-1 expands the functionality of a USB-C enabled further by providing additional connection ports such as the HDMI 4K output port, USB-C (USB 3.1 Gen 1) data transfer and charging port with PD (100W), 2x USB-A(USB 3.0) ports and a Gigabit Ethernet port. It helps mirror or extend the display of your laptop/tablet/phone or TV to a monitor or a projector by providing a resolution of 4K. Both the USB-A and USB-C connectors provide a transfer speed of up to 5Gbps and it also enables fast-charging of the device for up to 2A.

 

4. Fusion Core 5-in-1 Hub

The Fusion Core 5-in-1 Hub provides extended functionality for all the USB-C enabled devices by providing additional ports such as 1 x HDMI 4K@30Hz (or 2K@60Hz), 1 x USB-C & 3 x USB-A with support for speeds up to 5Gbps (USB 3.0) and sharing 2A current for charging your mobile devices. The ports serving USB-A and USB-C connectors provide a transfer speed of 5Gbps
